Have a 3D model?
Send your STL, STEP, 3MF or drawing together with the required quantity, intended use and any known material, strength, temperature or appearance requirements.
In Riga, Latvia, we help businesses turn prototypes, functional parts, custom products and production batches into practical results with FDM, SLS and MJF.
CorePro supports both technical and commercial 3D manufacturing needs: prototypes, equipment parts, housings, adapters, replacement components, small production runs and custom products for marketing or events.
We select the manufacturing route according to function, geometry, quantity, appearance and budget, including FDM, SLS, MJF and CNC machining where it is the better fit.
Whether you have finished files or just an idea, we can help you choose the next practical step.
Send your STL, STEP, 3MF or drawing together with the required quantity, intended use and any known material, strength, temperature or appearance requirements.
You can start from a drawing, sketch, photo, dimensions or a physical sample. We can help with modelling and geometry reconstruction, and 3D scanning is available where it makes practical sense for the project.
CorePro supports four main types of 3D manufacturing projects:
We manufacture equipment components, mounts, brackets, housings, adapters, replacement components and other custom functional parts where fit, strength and practical use matter.
From a single prototype to repeat production, we help validate form, fit and function before scaling. Previous production orders have included batches of up to 2,000 parts, and larger quantities can be evaluated depending on geometry, material and manufacturing technology.
If a part is custom, difficult to source or no longer available, we can work from a model, drawing, measurements, photo or physical sample. 3D scanning and reverse engineering are available when required for part reproduction or geometry reconstruction.
We also produce keychains, 3D logos, holders, branded accessories, event products and other custom marketing items when you need something more distinctive than standard merchandise.
SLS and MJF are available through production partners, while CorePro manages the project selection and manufacturing route according to the application.
Suitable for prototypes, functional parts, housings, fixtures and production batches where a cost-effective additive process is a good fit.
A strong option for durable nylon parts, complex geometry and functional production components that benefit from powder-bed manufacturing.
Works well for functional components and repeat production when consistency, surface quality and detailed geometry are important.
Available for projects where machining plastic or metal is more suitable than additive manufacturing.
See our dedicated industrial additive manufacturing page for when SLS or MJF makes more sense than standard FDM.
