How do I request a price and delivery information?
Select a product and send a price request, or add several products to your request list and send one enquiry. We will confirm the price, availability and delivery options.
Why is the product price not shown on the website?
The final price may depend on the supplier, current availability, order quantity and delivery conditions. We check the current offer before preparing your quotation.
How are delivery cost and timing calculated?
Delivery is handled through courier companies and calculated individually based on the size, weight and destination of your order. We include the delivery cost and estimated timing in every quotation before you confirm the order.
Do you deliver outside Latvia?
Yes. We regularly work with companies across the Baltics, including Lithuania and Estonia, and can arrange delivery across Europe as well. Let us know your location when sending a request.
Can I order by the manufacturer article number?
Yes. Send us the article number and we will prepare an offer. You can also include a product link, photo, drawing or a short description if that is more convenient.
Can you help find an alternative or a hard-to-find replacement?
Yes. If the required item is unavailable, discontinued or difficult to source, send us the article number or technical details. We will check compatible alternatives and help identify a suitable option.
Can I request a product that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Send an article number, link, photo, drawing or description of what you need. We will check whether we can source the item or suggest an alternative.
Can you help with a complete pneumatic assembly or system?
Yes. Send us a description, photo or drawing of the task and the operating requirements. We can help select compatible components and prepare a proposal for the required assembly or system.
How quickly do you respond to a request?
We usually respond within one business day.
3D printing FAQ
Focused answers about technologies, files, functional parts, batches, branded products and when 3D scanning may be useful.
What 3D printing technologies do you offer?
We offer FDM, SLS and MJF. When a project is better suited to machining, CNC processing may also be considered. We recommend the technology according to the part function, geometry, quantity and required finish.
Can I order 3D printing if I do not have a 3D model?
Yes. You can start with a drawing, sketch, photo, dimensions or a physical sample. Depending on the project, 3D modelling, measurement or 3D scanning may be needed before production. A single photo is not always enough for precise manufacturing.
Can you manufacture functional or technical parts?
Yes. We produce mounts, housings, adapters, equipment components, fixtures, replacement parts and other custom functional parts for practical use.
Can you produce batches, not just prototypes?
Yes. We support both prototype development and repeat production. Previous production orders have included batches of up to 2,000 parts, and larger quantities can be evaluated depending on the part, material and manufacturing technology.
Do you produce branded and promotional products?
Yes. We produce keychains, 3D logos, branded items, holders, promotional products, event products and other custom marketing items.
Do you provide 3D scanning?
Yes, when it is needed for a specific project. 3D scanning can be used for geometry capture, part reproduction or reverse engineering, but it is evaluated as part of the wider manufacturing workflow.
What information should I send for a 3D printing quote?
If available, send a 3D model, drawing or photo together with quantity, dimensions, intended use and any known material or performance requirements such as strength, temperature, flexibility or appearance. If you have a target deadline, include that too. We can recommend a suitable material and process if you are not sure yet.
